INGREDIENTS:
1 - English Muffin
1 - Egg
1 - serving of favorite protein
Sausage
Bacon
Ham
Turkey
Pepperoni
1 - slice of cheese
DIRECTIONS
Toast your english muffin.
Crack 1 egg and scramble in a microwave-safe bowl.
Cook in the microwave for 1 minute.
Prepare your meat (microwave, pan fry, air fry) as desired.
Build your sandwich.
Wrap in aluminum foil to take it to-go and keep it warm. Eat within 2 hours.
