Say goodbye to lackluster granola bars and hello to the ultimate game-winning option! 🚀🥚 Serve up these speedy and protein-packed egg muffin breakfasts, the real aces of fast-paced mornings heading to the volleyball court. 🌅 Whip 'em up in advance, bundle them in shiny aluminum foil, and you're all set to make a winning play on and off the court! 🏆🍳


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 - English Muffin

  • 1 - Egg

  • 1 - serving of favorite protein

    • Sausage

    • Bacon

    • Ham

    • Turkey

    • Pepperoni

  • 1 - slice of cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast your english muffin.

  2. Crack 1 egg and scramble in a microwave-safe bowl.

  3. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute.

  4. Prepare your meat (microwave, pan fry, air fry) as desired.

  5. Build your sandwich.

  6. Wrap in aluminum foil to take it to-go and keep it warm. Eat within 2 hours.
