INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 - cups of Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 - cup of Vanilla Protein Powder*

  • 1 - cup of Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 - cup of Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 - cup of topping of your choice

    • Chocolate Chips

    • White Chocolate Chips

    • Reese's Pieces

    • M&Ms

    • Options are endless

Fun Fact: Stormee's two most requested are

  • White Chocolate Chips

  • Reese's Pieces with Dark Chocolate Chips.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the rolled oats, protein powder, peanut butter, and syrup. This is the base for all of your energy balls.

  2. Divide your base into as many sections as desired based on the toppings you chose. I have found that 24 balls make for the perfect quick-bite serving.

  3. Add your toppings as desired to each divided set of base mix.

  4. Roll into balls and refrigerate or freeze.
