No Bake Granola

Whether you're spiking on the court or cheering from the sidelines, this crunchy concoction is the ultimate snack-time ace. Quick, easy, and bursting with flavor, it's the perfect fuel to keep you at your peak performance. Gear up for the game with this granola and elevate your snack game to championship levels. šŸŽ‰šŸ’Ŗ


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup creamy Peanut Butter

  • 2 tbsps Honey

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats

  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour (option: you can blend rolled oats in the blender)

  • 1/4 cup Rice Cereal

  • Mix-Ins - see notes section

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a microwaveable safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Heat for 30 seconds and stir until smooth.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss oats, oat flour, salt, and cereal. Mix in the peanut butter and honey mixture and the vanilla extract.

  3. Knead the mixture with your hands to form the granola crumbles.

  4. Add in any mix-ins and stir through

NOTES:

Mix-Ins:

  • Sliced Almonds

  • Chocolate Chips

  • White Chocolate Chips

  • Cashews

  • Dried Tart Cherries

  • Yogurt Covered Raisins

  • Pumpkin Seeds

  • Dried Blueberries

  • Your favorite toppings


Grab 'n Go Option: place mixture in snack ziplock bags for quick snacks.
